CANCELLATION POLICY

NO GUEST / CHILDREN / ANIMALS are permitted in the salon. If your childcare arrangements unexpectedly change, please notify the salon at your earliest convenience and we will do our best to accommodate you. In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, please be sure to give a minimum of a 48-hour notice for all color services and 24-hour notice for all other services. This allows other guests to book an appointment during this time slot. Any appointments that are cancelled with less than a 24-hour notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of all scheduled service(s). Cancellation notices must be given earlier for all color services. Any appointments that are ‘no show’ will be subject to 100% of all the scheduled service(s). Studio L does not give refunded payments for services that are completed. We will allow corrections up to 7 days from the original appointment.
