In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, please be sure to give a minimum of a 48-hour notice for all color services and 24-hour notice for all other services. This allows other guests to book an appointment during this time slot. Any appointments that are cancelled with less than a 24-hour notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of all scheduled service(s). Cancellation notices must be given earlier for all color services. Any appointments that are ‘no show’ will be subject to 100% of all the scheduled service(s). Studio L does not give refunded payments for services that are completed. We will allow corrections up to 7 days from the original appointment.
